My Model T got damaged by an airline on return from holiday. Booked into Easy Living for a fix. The lady who I spoke to, Jane, was kind and considerate and managed to squeeze me into a spot that week. There was a problem with the main computer so they had to order a part in, and it was Easter weekend. The part arrived and they prioritised getting it on for me. All through the process Jane kept me up-to-date and was very lovely.
Thanks for your help Jane and engineer person! Scooter has been working well ever since!

I went into ‘Easy Living Mobility’ today just on the off chance . I was greeted by Jane and she was really helpful and friendly. I explained what I was after and she helped me there and then . I was able to purchase just what I wanted ,at a really good price. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again should need be .

Jane was extremely helpful. She allowed us to try out the mobility scooter as we had travelled some distance to visit the shop. The mobility scooter is so far living up to the expectations we had of it. I wanted one that would enable me to walk with friends on uneven surfaces.
