I just have to mention this after my experience with the reception staff and the nurse concerning my brother. Thank you thank you for being so kind, helpful and very upstanding, coping with me a worried sister for her brother. Brilliant staff happy and so helpful only wish I lived nearer. I have a good experience with this surgery since moving to Bracknell 3 years ago. Friendly staff on reception and generally get through to someone on phone. They also accomodate both urgent requests or advance bookings unlike some GP'S thay have binary rules like same day bookings only

I have years with this surgery and lots problems with the reception staffs , few of them are so rude , how they dare to put the phone down on people ? And be rude ? Why the surgery accept this behaviour of them ? We have to respect you all right ? And how you treat us ? I only asked politely help for a patient with cancer , actually I asked prescription for the painkiller how I requested on your web form and don’t was done ,now is 20:55 pm and we have to run out of Bracknell to find a 24 hour opening chemist if we lucky , had to call 111 to do the prescription , how much stress and pressure you put on people , so useless
How you dare to let in pain a patient with Cancer , so very disappointing

Sadly this surgery has gone really down hill!
Receptionists rude and not helpful . They ignore my sons repeat prescription requests so every month we have stress just to get their medications. I complained 15th June still no response. I asked for an appointment for myself still no response

Have always had good service here. The receptionists are always friendly, polite and have a good sense of humour. The doctors I have seen are always kind and have dealt efficiently with my ailments.

I came to the surgery to register my son, I met with Jemma who honestly was such a star. She’s an asset to the surgery, she was so attentive and reassured me that my son would be registered within a timely manner. She was so empathetic and took time out of her day to find out how I was coping postpartum as a first time mum. Highly recommend this surgery!
