I can’t recommend Ilaria enough. She goes above and beyond and is so empathic and understanding. I would recommend EFT to anyone struggling with anxiety / PTSD / negative core beliefs and past memories.

I had never heard of EFT before someone recommended the treatment to me, and I have to say it has worked amazingly in just a couple of sessions. Just so amazed at how effective the treatment has been. Ilaria was very warm and welcoming putting me at ease and making me feel very relaxed. I have already recommended Ilaria's service to friends and would highly recommend East Sussex EFT to anyone who has not tried EFT before, or looking for a new EFT practitioner.

I've worked with Ilaria on quite a few occasions now for EFT sessions and I'm always amazed at how brilliantly the sessions flow, embracing the all the emotions and I always feel so much lighter at the end of them. I've tried EFT with a few different practitioners now (I'm fascinated by it's brilliance and subsequently now studying it myself) and Ilaria is always my preferred practitioner. She has a unique intuitive way that makes broaching the hardest of subjects seem achievable and safe to do so, her light sense of humour at key moments helps too 🙂 I've recommended her personally to many friends and have no hesitation in doing so here too.

I approached Ilaria, East Sussex EFT, as I had a distressing physical problem which was affecting my day to day life. I had gone through the normal channel of speaking to my GP, and I had been taking medication that had not had much effect. I thought of trying EFT to give it a go as I had heard good things about it. I found Ilaria easy to speak to and she made me feel comfortable and safe even when addressing something difficult and quite traumatic. I was initially unsure about whether EFT would work for a physical issue, but here I am, many months later, not taking medication and no sign of the problem for which I initially approached East Sussex EFT. I highly recommend her.

I came across an EFT article in the Tricycle magazine that Ilaria had written. I was intrigued and thought it might help my fear of public speaking. Each of our sessions unveiled a painful memory that I never anticipated. Feelings of pain and sadness followed the memories that were buried in my subconscious for many decades. I am sold on EFT and love working with Ilaria because it is nothing like talk therapy. Lastly, she helped me work through my grief of losing my son three years before to Fentanyl poisoning. I was stuck and unaware of the amount of guilt I had been carrying. With all my heart, I recommend Ilaria as an exceptional EFT practitioner.
