I was 5 minutes late for a physio appointment and was turned away and told to rebook. It took me an hour to get there (traffic, crutches, the usual..). I cannot put into words how cross I was and still am.

I was surprised how far each other treatments room are inside building. Second, there is no reception inside for mobile phones, third. There is many homeless people on the floor across main entrance

Received a parking fine for £40 after visiting the Centre for an emergency. Had parked in designated parking bay and displayed my blue disks. Privatisation of the NHS by stealth..!
