We transferred to the East Bridgford Medical Centre over a year ago from another local practice and we are so glad we did - the whole team have been amazing! A well run and caring practice that looks after it's patients. Yes they are very busy but have always responded promptly to any queries or requests.

The care provided at this surgery has been exceptional. The doctors, nurses, and reception staff are all highly attentive and compassionate. Upon transferring to this practice after moving to the area, the doctors immediately identified that I had been on inappropriate medication for some time. They conducted a thorough review and made necessary adjustments. Additionally, they have been proactive in managing my diabetes, an issue my previous surgery overlooked. Through comprehensive blood tests, they also diagnosed me with two life-long conditions that were previously missed, despite regular tests at my former practice. I can always secure appointments with ease, whether by phone or through the NHS app. The clinic is very accommodating with scheduling, and I am grateful to be receiving such excellent care—something that, unfortunately, cannot be said for some other practices.

Want to say thank you to Dr judith s and Dr Stewart. Also the receptionist for their treatment of me and my poorly son yesterday. They kept the surgery open until nearly 8pm while we waited for an ambulance. Can not fault east Bridgford medical centre ?

Saw the GP about my asthma which was very bad. Phoned up on the day and got an appointment straight away. The doctor told me to come back in a week but she phoned me in the week to say on reflection she wanted to see me earlier and made me an appointment at the same time. Excellent service from a caring and considerate practice. Well done

Receptionist wasted my time and contradicted what the other had told me. One super lovely , the other rude. Refused to register me , completely against NHS website. Poor patient care.

I don't often write reviews but on this occasion I feel I must. I visited the practice yesterday and saw Dr Ahmad. What a lovely doctor. He actually listened to me and then assessed carefully how he could help me. He has reinstated my faith in doctors and I would just like to say a huge thank you.
