I've spent MONTHS feeling sick, trying to explain that something was wrong due the constant pain. I gave calls several times trying to get the prescription for my medication or just trying to convince the doctor to make me do some analysis .. I went there in person and both of the receptionists were laughing,because I was asking for a prescription(crying ). I needed within the day after ( I couldn't work without) just to manage the symptoms , obviously they kept laughing saying"it's not my concern, you have to wait your doctor's answer". ... I've been waiting 2weeks!!!!!! So, I've almost convinced myself that was related to the mind as the doctor said.. I haven't had one day without pain for 8 months!! No sleep from 4 am for months no stop! So I just wanted to say thank you,I'll end up to have a surgery now.. I finally know what I have, I could avoid that getting the right meds in advance!

As a doctor and surgeon I will recommend this GP practice the doctors are perfect I've never had a GP doctor like Dr.Adib let the God bless him.
The nurses are lovely professional and with a huge knowledge Lola and Alex are wonderful nurses they always do their job with love.
Me and my all family are lucky to have such staff thank you very much for everything you have done.

Dr. Orienta Emiliani is the worst doctor I have ever met. Completely uncaring and lazy, handing out the wrong information instead of actually trying to do her job. NHS should have better screening practice.

I tried to book an appointment couple of times. The receptionist is the most unhelpful. Person literally lying and laughing of you. Would never recommend this surgery.

Ever since my daughter and I signed up, I've always had a hard time booking appointments within a reasonable time frame. I had to get angry every time just to be able to talk to the doctor. I do not tell you to be visited then. They are always fully booked but then you go to the clinic and nobody is there. receptionists are rude, both on the phone and in person. They don't have a minimum of empathy and passion for their job and they push the phone away so as not to listen. It is a shame because the doctors are valid. it's the receptionists who ruin this place's already terrible reputation. I will change surgery today.

Since been a patient at Earl’s Court surgery 15 years ago until present, I have received the best of health care, starting from the receiption, to the nurses and the doctors, special thank to Dr. Adib, he's the best, always looked after my mother and me.

As a patient I can say earl's court surgery is the best GP in the area, starting from receptionist ending with nurse and doctor's all of them are professional and I'm very happy with doctor Adib and recommend him as a professional GP doctor, always taking care about the patient keep asking about them and as a surgeon and doctor I can say he is full of professionalism and empathy and very good knowledge.
And of course I can't forget about Alex as a professional nurse she is always making her job high level.
So 5 stars it's not enough for the staff.

Been registered here for a few months since moving to the area. The ladies at reception are always super courteous and helpful both on the phone and today when I had to come in personally to take care of some items. Dr. Emiliani is great. I've had no issues with requests or prescriptions, just solid service.
