The worst hospital I've ever been to, it's not fit for purpose and I have no idea how they get away with it. This relates specificly to the dermitology/skins department, and the incompetent Michael who works there.

1. From April 2024 to September 2024 I had my daughter's appointment cancelled and rescheduled 3 time (after being on the waiting list for over a year). All 3 times it was cancelled at the last minute for the exact same reason; the consultant is on leave. Strange how the consultant always booked annual leave the day before their day off and not in advance like most work places.

2. I emailed the complaints department who told me that I would be contacted soon and would be given an earlier appointment with a locum instead. I chased up after not hearing anything for over a week, only to be told that the locum was off sick so I would have to wait. Wasn't worth me complaining really!

3. I had an appointment recently, January 2025. I had a confirmation letter via email in advance as proof. When I arrived on the day I was told my appointment was cancelled but a cancellation was never sent. I was sent home with an appointment for February 2025 and a panda sticker for my daughter instead. That's after my self employed husband took a day off work to look after our baby (a days loss of earnings), I took my toddler out of her paid for nursery to drive her to the hospital and paid for the parking. Will I be compensated for Michael's incompetence? No!

In addition, the parking is a joke! I've never had problems finding an empty space. But the bays are so small you'll have problems opening your door to get in and out of your car, and my car isn't big. And if you have kids, you'll have no chance. I had to ask a stranger to stand next to my daughter so other cars wouldn't run her over, whilst I pulled the car out so that I can get her into her child seat.

I usually don’t leave reviews on internet. However, I believe people only leave bad reviews but never positive ones because most people go straight on the internet to express their frustration but they forget to also comment when they are happy.
I have had an appointment today and I cannot express how comfortable the entire team made me feel. I cannot remember the teams names as I was so nervous about the procedure. I was on the endoscopy unit, and the team there saw me how nervous I am, and they start cracking jokes, smiling trying to have fun. There were 3 men and a lady (the nurse), during the procedure. The procedure was smooth and fast. After the procedure I have been taken to rest after sedation, both nurses there were fantastic, they offered me tea, water or biscuits. I had some water she came and took care of me all this time. I noticed that it was so busy and only 2 nurses were there but they both were smiling and so careful with everything. The doctor had read the results to me and I asked to be left to go as I felt great after sedation. The other nurse, a lady wearing hijab came with me making sure someone is with me to travel back home safe. I was absolutely impressed considering how busy they were and still everyone had a positive energy and smiled at all times. Thank you everyone for today. You have been amazing to me. 🀍

I went there to go to skin clinic the appointment letter said level 3 on entering followed 1st sign got in lift up to level 3 couldn't find clinic .I asked a member of staff who had to ring someone who gave him directions to the clinic which we eventually arrived at. My diagnosis was carried out by a charming lady Doctor I give her 5 stars. The signage could do with upgrading its poor!

This is my opinion. Ealing Hospital is the worst hospital in the UK. Never visit this hospital again. Most of the nurses are ignoring patients and their next of Kin’s. Our family member admitted in this hospital for 2 weeks and we requested to speak with doctors regarding update of his health condition and we were able to speak with doctor only 2 times in 2 weeks. We were kept waited by the nurse staff for hours to update us. 0 star for there service. I am not talking about all the staff but there might be good staff in this hospital.

This place is a circus!! Went in at midnight and left at 7.45am!! The local crackheads and alcoholic got treated before me, a drunk woman came in, got changed into her pyjamas, fell asleep on the chair and got first class treatment and got seen an hour after walking in while I had been waiting 4 hours at this point. This hospital is a absolute joke!! I would rather be in pain and suffer at home then go back to Ealing Hospital. Staff aren't great and the queuing system is a mess.

Reviewing the new Ealing CDC building that is close to the hospital. I had a great experience with my Usound. Not judging the system itself but the premises. They where quick calling me, very clean, new equipment. Staff was really nice!
