We recently moved to the area with our very elderly cat Misti who was already poorly with an underlying condition.

We registered her with Eagle vets and booked her an appointment. The vet was so incredibly supportive, kind and patient. We sadly had to have our cat put down but, the vet handled this conversation with the upmost professionalism and complete compassion.

Following this , we picked up Misti the next day and they’d put her into the ‘cold store’ for us while we decided how we wanted to proceed with her… they promised us they would look after her and they did ! When we picked her up they gently explained everything and we got her home to bury her they laid her curled up, tail round just as if she was sleeping and this brought us so much comfort.

We then received a beautiful card is post which was one from the vets , another with our little Misti’s paw prints and nose print and a cut of her fur in a little jar which again brought comfort to us in this difficult time.

We could not recommend this vets any more highly and when we are ready and we have another cat(s) we will have no issues in registering them at Eagle Vets.

Really happy that this practice was able to take my cat onto their books. He gets the best care and everyone there is super helpful and clearly all love the animals in their care. I feel very confident in the treatment my cat recieves.

Been with this vet for several years now, never had a problem until the change of management leading to a huge lack of communication within the company and me being lumped with a ridiculous bill which they refused to have any leniency with, customer service was horrendous and rude. Money definitely comes above animal care with these.

Took my nervous large dogs to the vets today and they were so amazing with him. Did everything they could for him and sent him off with the medication he needed. I always get worried taking him to a new vets because he is nervous and sometimes reactive but the vet was so lovely and understanding and was no judgement. Thank you so much for helping my big bear

These vets are amazing and never had an issue. The staff from reception to vets themselves are all professional and approachable. Even though they hold professional standards, they are also friendly and relatable giving that home-like feel.

I'm disabled, they always offer to help me to my car with my pets and or anything I have been given/purchased.

I went with my greyhound bandi, the vet I saw was wonderful, Sarah spooner was great at explaining what she advised us what was best for bandi, had tests done there then went to another sister vets for altra sound, thank you Sarah,

I had to have my 15year old dog euthaniased the caring and service received was incredable,from telephone conversation to the kindness shown by the vet and nursing staff as my dog fell to sleep and beyond that they sent a condolence card and a clipping of his coat as a keep sake.
