My wife went into the Eagle Nursing Home (Nr. Lincoln) following a very severe fall and major surgery to her left Femur. On admission she was in a very distressed and depressed state, as well as experiencing considerable pain in her upper leg. She was in the home for about three months where she received excellent care and great tenderness. The staff could not do enough for her. Their kindness and thoughtfulness was truly outstanding. There were tears of love when she eventually was discharged. Claire and her team do a fantastic job and every resident is made to feel loved. Outstanding in every area of care. God bless you all.

I have just taken my father to this home and put him straight back in the car and brought him home. It was awful, tired beyond believe all residents sat in the plastic wing back chair in a circle looking at each other. My god how worrying to get old and end your time in this place. I could right an essay on the health and safety issues I saw. Only one positive was the domestic lady who I was shown around by was lovely.

I do not recommend living here, the management is poorly lead also they do not listen to me how I feel and I feel like they don’t care. I feel like I’m not getting the support that I need. The staff talks to me with no respect and also every time I try to speak they don’t want to know. They have let me down many occasions. They don’t keep to their promises and they don’t have any routine and structure.
