These are the people managing a handful of Welsh surgeries where the standard of care is awful. No appointments available, no reinvestment. Private company wants profit not important to meet care standards.

Recently found out the lack of appointments is due to locums not being paid and in addition to this staff have not had their pension payments made.

Someone needs to sort this out!

Yes, a truly shocking operation. Should be called We Hardly Treat PCS. As of 4/2/25 their website reverts to their Wales subsidiary so no management info for English patients. This issue is being taken seriously in Wales - when are our English MP's going to start taking it seriously ?

This organisation is not fit for purpose. My Surgery "Brook Medical Center" has been run into a state of " Not fit for purpose" from poor staffing levels, unavailable apps and failed patients. Residents have been on BBC news and a petition launched. They have tried to stop a local councillor telling the truth. Appalling conduct from a group of GP,s who should care for patients not just to make profit.
