Long waits.
Inadequate parking.
Poor location to get to by car or public transport.
Expect patients to be able to answer the phone when they ring (which many people with jobs are not able to do) but no one picks up the phone when you try and phone them.
No receptionist just a screen and some signs, not welcoming.
Unfriendly and unhelpful admin staff on the phone who seem to be on a mission to stop you getting any message to the person you have seen.

When you finally see a medical professional they are polite, friendly, kind and caring so it is a shame the rest of the service and process is so bad.

I had developed 'trigger finger' - a tendon problem - in some of my fingers. My GP referred me to Dynamic Health for physiotherapy and I went to an appointment in early July.
The physio took details and examined the fingers. He then suggested we try steroid injections. He's only allowed to do 2 injections during a consultation but he said he could do them immediately and I agreed. The injections were slightly painful even with the local anaesthetic but it didn't take long. The physio told me it could take a couple of weeks for the steroids to take maximum effect.
Now, a couple of weeks later, the two fingers he treated are very much better! I have a greatly increased range of movement and no pain. It remains to be seen if this is a permanent improvement or if it will change but for now, I'm very happy. Thank you!

My GP referred me for a hip replacement early May. Was told on 17 May that MSK had to do the referral and that it would be done. Received a text message to make an appointment to discuss medication. Appointment made for 6 June and told that referral not yet done because of missing medication information but it would be done that day. Rang hospital this morning 29 June to find out date for 1st appointment with orthopedic team but no referral recorded. Rang Dynamic Health only to find out that referral not yet sent. If I hadn't rung the hospital, how long would I be waiting? Referral now sent, apparently. So from my GP doing a referral in good faith early May, I have waited nearly 2 more months with debilitating pain that stops me leading a normal life. I can't walk, I can't do housework. I can't sleep. Now I'm feeling really let down.

Hopeless.
I tried to explain my pain problem and pre-existing conditions, and how exercise exacerbated the joint pain. The physio doing the assessment showed no curiosity (or flexibility of thinking), and essentially instructed me to do more of the aggravating type of exercise.

I had an ultrasound done on my sholder on the 5th of may and have been waiting 2 months for my results. I keep getting told they will chase it up and I found out today the results have got sent to my GP 2 month ago and they have been trying to contact dynamic health and no one replys.

I am in daily pain and have been waiting 4 months to be seen. It's almost like this NHS funded company doesn't want to provide me a service as I've been told to pay a private place if I want to be seen. When I email I get a auto reply and they even had the urge to text me saying please let us know if you don't need the service. Seems like the plan is to NOT see patients. UPDATE: I emailed them and they asked me to call, when I called the person that answered was very friendly but told me they were not sure why I had been told to call. They informed me that the wait time was currently at 23 WEEKS!!! So now I have to wait at least another month and half. Whats the point of having a service that you have to wait half a year for?

no one answers the appointment line, even when the repeat message says you "in the queue"! There needs to be clearer information on when the line is actually manned.... much time otherwise wasted waiting .........and waiting with awful squeaky music blasting instead of a real voice. Not good enough!!
