Just arrived home from a week in Skegness. I’m very grateful to Driving Miss Daisy for taking me there and back. It’s a long way there and back in a day, so I’m very grateful as I couldn’t have done the journey by train, trying to cross London etc. Terence drove me both ways, he was a sat nav wizard on the way back so as to avoid most of the traffic. As last year everything went smoothly from the booking process to the journeys, I can’t fault anything. Terence was friendly and professional, I enjoyed our chats, I’m not much of a talker but we seemed to find the right balance of chat and silence so as to be comfortable. I’ve already booked to go back to Skegness next April and am very much hoping that Driving Miss Daisy will once again take on the task of getting me there and back. Thank you again for more than a five star service.

The whole process was faultless. Booking was easy and the service was excellent. Sharon arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. Sharon was very natural and reassuring with my mum who lives with Alzheimers. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and kind staff who will go out of their way to help. It's more than a taxi service. It's also an escort service for disabled and old people or even if you're just lonely. They did my Access To Work package. But if I ever needed to book a cab for my autistic kids for example I would use them. Always happy to go the extra mile. Excuse the pun!

Delighted to have found such a fantastic company. I use them for a companionship service for my 86 year old mum. She is completely housebound and has limited mobility but they worked their magic and got her to a hospital appointment recently. They are very kind and helpful and their customer service is the best I have ever come across. Highly recommended
