We had a great visit to Eden Health and Wellness.

We were greeted by Mandeep, who was professional and friendly in his manner.

He spoke to us about the products very well and explained the science behind them.

He didn't rush our experience and answered any questions we had.

We had the Hollywood Red Carpet facial, which was amazing, and I would definitely go back for one.

We also had a detailed facial skin analysis and a Carotenoid skin analysis and the results were explained well. This tells you what your anti-oxidant levels are, which is really important for skin health and immunity.

In total this was an enjoyable and informative experience and I feel like I understand my own skin better and how to reach an optimal level of skincare.

I attended Eden Health's new clinic on 12th August 2020 and love the new location and clinic space.
I had a 1 to 1 skin care session with Mandeep starting with a skin analysis. From here we built a skin care regime to suit me using the Zein Obagi skin care products.
Mandeep has a wealth of medical knowledge surrounding skin-care combined with passion.
We finished the session with a Hollywood Red Carpet Facial and I was quite surprised at the number of compliments I received from family and friends after just one session and can't wait to come back and complete the course.

Their products are very high end. They only use the best! I' used their sunblock lotion when I travelled and it did wonders for my skin. I mean my skin actually glowed I used it as my main moisturiser, loved it 🙂

I will be getting a treatment done too soon - it's a trustworthy and very ethical place because it's run by real medical professionals who are only hiring the best therapists and working with great products and the latest technology! If you go this place, you must try the Bemer mat - bringing the effects of nature to your doorstep for those that don't have enough time in their day - this technology is impressive to say the least, it seriously elevates your energy levels.

And when it comes to treatments, they will only recommend treatments according to your needs rather than trying to sell you something you DON'T need. I've been to places where they sell hard and try and make you feel like there's something wrong with your skin in order to oversell you on something. This place doesn't do that at all! Highly recommended and super pleased with their service.

23rd August 2020: So I finally ended up getting my treatment here. I got the Red carpet Hollywood Collagen Facial. At first I was quite apprehensive about it because I had no idea what to expect. But it's such a straightforward treatment and Mandeep spent so much time and attention with us to explain how the treatment would work as well as the results we would expect to see. He carried out a skin analysis test and then went through the results of this with us. And what I really appreciate is that he's super honest - unlike some places who will make you think your skin has problems when you don't and try to sell you things you don't need - you definitely don't get that here. Mandeep told me that my skin was in pretty good condition and I only really needed a couple of things to use for my skincare regime, if I wanted to. And you never feel any obligation to buy on the spot, they're really great at giving you all the information you need and just going away to have a think about it, if it's something that resonates for you. I love that!

So, the Collagen facial - it takes about 10-15mins on each side of the face and is mainly applied to your cheeks. The treatment involves stimulating collagen production by sending heat energy through wave therapy. It's not invasive in any way and as someone who is all about natural and holistic products and treatments only, this one felt scary to me at first BUT I can assure you, the fear was all in my head. There is a bit of a tingling sensation, which is completely normal. And as soon as it's finished, you will see the results - my cheeks felt tighter, more plump and my skin went from a dull/tired look to one that glowed!

I went into to work the next day and it was when I started getting comments from my regular customers who see my everyday - they were saying things like "Why do you look so nice today?!", "Nav, your skin looks really smooth and beautiful" to "You look so glam today" - remember I was hardly wearing any makeup by the way. And that's when it hit me - it was the glow and plumpness from the facial that was radiating through for sure! Because the ONLY thing that was different was the collagen facial I has just has the day before!

So, there you have it - my personal experience of the Red Carpet Hollywood Facial - just try it out once and then see for yourself, the results are pretty impressive 🙂
