Initial discussion was in June, but as others have said you really have to chase for answers. Neck issues, finally treated in Oct with steroid injection but no follow up booked. Now I'm back again and chasing again for codes, and treatment...
Nice place and friendly but poor service especially for private health care.

Acne problem is fully cleared on my face. Now, I am fully confident wherever I go. Clinic is very smart and many treatments are there. Staffs are very polite and Dr Mam is very kind.

I would not reccomend this clinic.
I booked in with DRG clinic because I have back pain, initial consultation was ok but from then on it went downhill, was referred for an mri scan but after that I had no communication from the clinic. I chased and chased the receptionist for an update which then I finally received a call which was very brief and was told I would be updated about treatment options. Again I heard nothing so I had to chase the clinic again for an update. Finally I received a call, This took 3 months from my initial consultation to hear something back .I was called with my results and was recommended chiropractic treatment and was told I would be in contact from a specialist to help me… shock I’ve heard absolutely nothing? Seemed like a massive waste of my time luckily I have private healthcare through my company but if this all came out my own pocket I would have been disgusted after seeing initial consultation is £175 , scan is £583 and every other follow up phone call is £150. Quick to take money from you but customer service and communication is dreadful .please go elsewhere.

I made an appointment to get my back checked. The appointment was fine and the consultant and I agreed for some third party tests to investigate the problem further. After the tests, I had to chase the receptionist, one of which had no idea what was going on. I tried multiple times to discuss my results, I finally got a call from the consultant after a few weeks who said he would follow up and I never heard back. Given up trying to get another further and have gone to another clinic. Overall a poor experience leaving me no further than I was before.

I registered with the clinic today and had my first appointment with Dr Jaya Gupta the GP also specialising in menopause. Staff were attentive and friendly. Full medical history carried out with registration prior to seeing the GP. Dr Gupta took the time to listen ask questions and had a real interest in why I was attending the surgery. I left wholly satisfied with the overall service and will be returning for follow ups.

Recently attended for acupuncture as I was having pain in my neck and back. From the instance I walked through the door the team were welcoming and friendly putting any anxiety I had at ease. I was well informed and given time to ask questions, as well as feeling my best interests were put first. Upon discussing further treatment not once did I feel pressured in to making any decisions and was told I could call back any time. Overall great experience, lovely kind team with a great bedside manner and I will be returning for further treatment and would highly recommend it to any family and friends.

Dr Bhansali was very professional, knowledgeable and very clear with what he was trying to explain. He helped me with diagnostic injections and I would highly recommend this practice.
