I'm so shocked!I've just rang the doctors and I was so so shocked to hear a message about verbal abuse will not be accepted ... who is giving our doctors/nurses and receptionist verbal abuse! You should be ashamed.

I couldn't be happier with the service my son and I get from Dr Mackenzie clinic. Everyone is always polite and caring towards us. They always help with any issues and if the can't give us guidance on who can help. I would always recommend this clinic. Everyone in it is so lovely and helpful. Yes, you have to wait on the phone but so what they are busy like the rest of us. Be kind and thoughtful to the person you are asking help from!

This is a fantastic GP practice. Really pleasant and genuinely helpful reception staff so it's not a trauma to ring up. Caring and helpful GPs and nurses. I have experience of my elderly parent's GP practice which is horrifically poor. Dr Mackenzie's practice is a shining light in the current stressful climate.

Always have the greatest of respect for the receptionists. I know its a hard job, as I've done it myself for many years. I stood waiting to speak to a receptionist as she was tapping on the computer. If she was busy just say so, instead of totally ignoring me. Sorry but how rude.

Why oh why do they never pick up the phone? even when we call 50+ times regarding urgent matters (yes 50!). the doctors are either lovely, but not at a qualified level where they can actually help/prescribe new medications, or they’re rude and too busy to speak to you and you can’t get an appointment for months. We once waited 1.5 months for a 5 min conversation with a Doc. Sometimes the receptionists are nice , but something has to change. Maybe an online booking system like any other GP?

Not happy with the service at all, every single time I order important medication that I need each month. I either have to go without for a week or chase up the 3 medications separately because they never get it right. I am now 39 weeks pregnant and this is still happening how do you get it so wrong every single month!

The doctors are great when you can get an appointment. Sadly there is one receptionist who doesn't care. I've never heard of a doctors where you ring up they have no availability so you ask for an appointment next day and they say no call tomorrow. Call tomorrow after taking the day off work and then get no answer for 45min. Then to be told no appointments again. Will be leaving this GP. I suggest you get a new receptionist or method of taking appointments

Worst drs surgery I can imagine. Years of being ignored, hung up on, told I was imagining illness. I once cried to the dr about how exhausted I was and she responded "everyone's exhausted you should try having kids". impossible to get an appointment and once you finally do they'll spend it trying to get rid of you.
