I have been a patient here for over a decade and can honestly say, in my experience, they're fantastic. Almost all of the reception staff are welcoming, helpful and polite and; while I haven't experienced all of the Drs, the ones I have come in to contact with, always listen attentively and follow through with anything they say they will do. I've personally never had any concerns with the practice that haven't been dealt with swiftly. Consequently, I always recommend the surgery to others.

Extremely rude receptionist Jenny always has the audacity to alienate and berate my mum. My mum can speak English but is by no means fluent, and as a result this receptionist always takes advantage knowing she will not face any retaliation in return. My mum is a mental health patient and suffers from a lot of health problems, and every-time she is treated like this by this receptionist. The one star review is for the specific receptionist and is by no means a reflection on the hardworking doctors and the rest of the staff, the majority are brilliant. I am sorry for the negative review, and didn’t want to resort to this, but after countless stories of how this receptionist is towards my mum, I felt it was necessary.
