Dear doctor pandey,i visited today.now,this may seem very trivial but why do you have to have wretched pop music in your waiting room
When i came in this morning i turned it off.then a woman came out of the office to turn it back on.
Explained that i found most irritaing,she insistant in turning it back on.
Why on earth do you have this awful station on.at least,you could put classical music on.
She said could only get pop music,not sure i believe.
Found so annoying i waited outside in the rain.

So after a text yesterday saying that we have your blood results, please can you make it an appointment with Dr to discuss your results. Which I did straight away. Phone appointment was for today after 5.30pm !!! It's now 19.28 .😫😫😤😤feeling let down by someone ( dr ) I poured my head out to you,you don't know how hard that was for me
