My husband and I have been coming to this Doctor's for many years and have to say they are all fantastic until today when I spoke to a receptionist who was very condescending and patronising which has upset me no end. Also to be told we cannot continue at this Doctor's as we are out the area. With No apology!!!. Or letter to inform us. Dr chowdhury and Vicki the receptionist are amazing. I am sorry I have had to right this review it's a shame one receptionist can spoil a Doctor's practice. So be warned!! Just must say this surgery saw me through some rough times thanks to Vicki's understanding and compassion. She was very helpful and kind.

Dr Chowdhury & colleagues fantastic.

Problem is patient access app. It will let you log in, but when linking to GP practice it says it has already been done. I have gone around in circles with this app for a year now. I have been to surgery twice for link password & have been given exactly the same password as the original & it doesn't work. System is flawed. This app could cost someone their life.

The app is an absolute disgrace. If the Covid app is managed by the same company who created patient access, we don't stand a chance.

Dr. Chowdhury and his amazing team have never been anything less than wonderful whenever I have had to contact them. Dr. Chowdhury is very friendly and kind, and the reception staff are very helpful despite being under tremendous pressure.

Large building, a bit run down/shabby looking. However receptionists are lovely - very friendly and helpful, online booking system works really well too.
