GPS and receptionist all get bad reviews, the trouble is when we’re I’ll and can’t seem to get to see a GP it’s their fault, when we do get seen by GP and we are feeling so much better we forget to praise the Surgery. I for one are thankful and grateful for the help and care from all the staff- receptionist and Drs alike, let’s share a bit of positivity about. I for one am grateful for all their help, as I say - it isn’t an easy job xx

Doctors are great very helpfully and wonderful people but the receptionists on the other hand are proper diabolical can't seem to pick up a phone so I can speak to some1 about my persciption phone just keeps ringing what are they doing i have phoned 15 times just today. PROPER DISCRACE TO THE NHS

Never pick up their phones, got to call like 50 times before they will bother to answer. And if it's afternoon they say it's too late to deal with you! Cant call earlier because cant get through! Useless! Need someone better.
