Have been with this practice all my life,great GPs and staff but the one time I really neede some help with a situation was given a phone appointment dr said he rang at booked timethis did not happen did not let the phone leave my side all day,rang the surgery they told me he rang,I think not certainly not my number,
Very sad about this I am a full time carer for my mother who has Alzheimer's felt let down.
