Worst doctors in the country. They will deny your pre existing medication that you have been on for years to protect there jobs. Then outright lie to your face telling you that basic medication like mirtazipine is a painkiller. They deserve a no star review. Do not trust these people they are barely qualified to diagnose the common cold.

Waiting 2days for a reply to a e consult I did 9am on day one .this service is a joke and I feel we would be better of either having private health care or using a online doctor from somewhere else . I have lived in Haverhill all my life and this is the worse it ever got . Bring back the old days with dr gardener etc here you could just phone up for a appointment, get checked and sorted quickly . Now I’m still waiting so I can sort out sick at work etc to organise cover .

Trying to help my polish friend with medical issues. 4/5 times used their ekon service to ask for a sick/fit note. The doctors only reply by email and not by phone. Frustrating is an understatement. He never suggests to come along in person to discuss the severity of your symptoms.
