Normally my experience is good with this surgery but not today. I went in on Friday to ask for an appointment, I was told I could come in Sunday 12pm,I was surprised and said I to the receptionist that I didn't know they did appointments on a Sunday. My friend also at the surgery told me to double check as he'd never heard of a Sunday appointment. I call this morning and get the closed surgery message. So are they open today? No clue. Not impressed just glad I didn't go all the way thereto find out it's shut!

Since the system has changed my experience has been terrible. So you now have to speak to a doctor over the phone before you can see them face to face, even if you know you need to see a doctor. After plucking up the courage to actually ring up about my issue, I waited hours until after the surgery had closed for my phone call, for the doctor to only ring for a few seconds and then hang up not giving me a chance to answer it. Due to work commitments etc how is anybody able to hang around for hours waiting for a phone call? It will now probably be another 4 days until I can merely have a phone call with a doctor. The whole system is stressful, frustrating and upsetting especially when you have an issue which is constantly worrying you. I think this phone call appointment prior to face to face appointment needs to be got rid of, it makes seeing a doctor an unnecessarily long winded process; adding to the anxiety about going to the doctor in the first place. Not happy at all.

Dreadful service since my surgery joined with pembroke. Not doing prescriptions requested which are on repeat important meds for a premature baby always late to be seen appoints being double booked referrals getting lost in the system.

Since the new system , it takes all day waiting in, for the call back, wasting my only day off work. only to be offered a appointment the next day, as I work nights, I sleep in the daytime.
Then there is a after 11am sugestion for prescriptions and results
That is my prime sleep time .
We need a service that recognise's
Our work life commitments.

Awful experience before even joining this surgery, I haven't registered with them before today after 3 days of illness, called for some advice, was spoken to as if I was something on the bottom of the receptionists shoe, then again by Dr Green personally after just missing a call. These are not the kind of people I want to help me in my hour of need. Needless to say that I'm going elsewhere!

Have always had fantastic service- order your prescriptions on line it's very simple. Always get through on the phone and the receptionists are always very polite and caring.

this surgery is a joke every 2 weeks my mum has a repeat prescription since my surgery closed my mum join Pembroke the prescription is never there, till 2 days later they leave 48 hours with out any of her meds, when I contact them they are rude so unprofessional, never had experience with a surgery like this before they are really terrible

awful experience ...yet again my repeat prescription messed up...for blood pressure!....its this place thats giving me blood pressure.
still not got them...and none left!...the one star is too many.
