Fantastic care, wonderful staff. Have only been with them for a while but they have fixed or are in the process of fixing where my last GP failed. Could not recommend them enough

Only Been with this surgery for 3 years due to moving down here. The worst surgery I've ever come across. They lie through their teeth. They lie about blood results. They lie on referrals letters about medication. The drs do not listen. You would think after contacting the gmc board about certain drs they would get their act together. They do not listen to the patient. They refuse you medication and you have to beg. Even though they take you off your old meds and put you on something new that you know its not the right thing for you and then they refuse you the new meds too. So your then left if constant pain because they decide oh no you ain't going to have help. Even though your disabled and have life long diseases no you have to live now in complete pain. Absolute joke. New request put in to a different surgery which I'm hoping they actually care about their patients.

I don't know what it takes to get an appointment here, even for my children I am constantly told to ring 111 and end up taking my 2 children (who have disabilities)all the way to Harlow hospital when the dr surgery is a 2 minute walk from me. Absolutely shocking.

I am extremely grateful to have such a wonderful doctor. Dr Colvin is a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. I’ve been a patient here for around 4 months and the service I receive every time is 10/10. The receptionists are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you have all the correct information. Dr Colvin takes his time in your appointment and you don’t ever feel rushed out of the door. I am very grateful and would like to thank everyone at this surgery for their hard work and dedication as it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you everyone.

This gp is terible. We are with them for a couple years and it’s always a struggle to get an apointment. I call at 8:00 and after i wait 25 min on the line they tell you that there’s no apointments available today call again tomorow. This happend so many times that i am fed up with it. Two days in a row i called and i’ve been told the same thing, call again tomorow. I do not recomand !!!!

Joined surgery last year after moving to area. Always been able to get a telephone consultation on the day to discuss issues. Really pleased with GP’s I’ve spoken to and all acted quickly and professionally. Reception staff very friendly and happy to help even when I went in last year to register was pretty seamless.

The worst possible practice. The doctors are negligent and the practice manager is a moron. Lies through her teeth and shouts at patients when she breaches GDPR. You will more likely catch something than rectify it here.
