I have been with this surgery for over 20 years and apart from a dip in service quality regarding appointments and receptionist approach after a move to new premises I can confidently say I have had fantastic service and support from making appointments to receiving investigations treatment and follow up. The surgery itself is clean spacious, accessible to all, modern and has a suite of individual consulting rooms that are confidential and professional. A huge improvement on the previous premises at St John's house. I have complete confidence in my surgery and would highly recommend.

Unhelpful customer service. Whilst I appreciate that the surgery may be busier due to the Pandemic and having to adapt their ops to meet new guidelines, I cannot overlook the poor service i received when trying to simply update my address. Without information of the exact area (eg st johns), the lady did not want to help me until i could identify the exact region i have moved to. I explained that i had moved to a new build and this information wasnt part of my address, her only response was to call back when i know more. She wasnt even interested in my postcode.
Ive not been able to update my address, impacting the communication from my doctor as the letters have been sent to my old address. Very unreasonable service that need to be improved as this can affect underlying issues that require communication between doctors, specialists and myself.

Very poorly, Any time when we call to make appointment to see doctor,on recepcionistas always saing not urgent,!!!!! Very very difficult to make any oppointment to see doctors😢😢😢😢if Not register at that place training another one I will try to get out to
