Must say a lot about the work culture if staff are encouraged to lie to patients to cover up mustakes. I went to there Middleton branch yesterday only to find it was cancelled and rearranged without my knowledge. Obviously I was annoyed as I had payed for a taxi A staff member by the name of Gwen Hyde told me she had rung and spoke to me nearly 2 hours earlier, when no such conversation took place. If she still has a job by the end of the week then this is going to the commission, she even said I gave my nhs no and dob for security while looking into my face knowing that she was lying!! Yeh I want my taxi fare back as well!!
