Absolute most appalling customer service I have ever seen. Booked an appointment at 8am for 3 30pm at standishgate for them to tell us that we are not booked through. Waited the whole day for this rubbish. Rushed to the centre expecting to receive some sort of compensation for their mistake and I don’t even get a sorry instead listening to a bunch of excuses with attitude? Honestly fix your receptionists. Horrendous experience. There’s a reason why the rating at this place is this low .

I would like to share my experience of the care recieved by Dr S Prabhu. 10 months ago I had routine appointment that changed the course of my year a basic appointment all women will have in there lifetime (Contraception) with the local Sexual Health Clinic.
I experienced alot of issues with my new contraceptive mentally and physically unfortunately it just wasnt the right type for me. But having it removed proved quite challenging. Moving around between alot of different NHS services with one service having over a 1year waiting list for removal (Sexual health Clinic) . Dr Prabhu tried 2-3 times over the 10 months and did everything she could to try and help and support me in my medical predicament. Trying to remove the coil for me was proving very difficult if not impossible. In the end I had no choice other than to pay private to have it removed. It's the best money I ever spent!! But I feel it's very important to thank my local Dr for her help and support. So thank you Dr S Prabhu for your care compassion and advice. 5 Star from me.

Routinely this so called service proves time and again to be the worst I have ever dealt with. The worst thing is that someone will die from exceptionally poor care and service. When people are ill, listen to them, take their symptoms seriously. I will now be registering at a new doctors.
