This has got to be one the the worst G.P
Surgeries…EVER!! The receptionist’s are so uneducated, rude and have not a clue, you’re better of having a conversation with brick wall. Let’s just say don’t hold your breath getting help putting it politely. If I could I wouldn’t even give one star.

I don't understand why Dr. Llyewellyn is there. It would be better if he retires and leaves his place to younger doctors. He doesn't help at all and even acts cynically towards the patient and this serves no purpose other than annoying the patient. We don't need senile doctors there, he will help us we want to see faces

This is the worse GP practice you can ever seek help from. The receptionists are not helpful at all. Your health here, doesn’t come first. Even in an emergency they will leave you for death lie you not.

I moved to this practice a few months ago.

I've been so impressed with the calmness, friendliness and efficiency of admin and receptionists. Esp as at times I've been very anxious.

Emails are answered within hours and acted on.
Outside referrals chased up.
I was even phoned when I needed a '2 week red alert' app to see if I'd got an appointment.

My consultant had recommended a change in medication...
Within 2 working days, this had been actioned, and I was phoned to inform me.

Both doctors have taken time to listen and get to know me, as I have a complex medical history.

So far MEGA-impressed and what a dramatic contrast to the surgery I left just a few minutes away

I was also able to make an on-line app for less than 2 weeks away.

When I got pregnant and asked what I had to do to be able to sign up at the hospital they were not able to give me such information, they sent me from one place to another and after several weeks insisting they gave me a form to complete and send to the hospital.
when I needed a sick note they sent me to a private clinic
And when I asked the doctor for a note for the job in which he explained the risks involved in certain tasks in a pregnant woman, the doctor refused to give me that note without even giving me an explanation.
They never have appointments available. If you are sick or need anything you should wait more than two weeks until you can see the doctor.
At reception they do not treat you very well either. always in a hurry and in bad manners (not all receptionists are like that, but with whom I had the most opportunity to speak, it does not take the trouble to listen or to give the information of what one needs).

I am writing this review as I find the new receptionist extremely rude. The gentleman.
I called a few weeks ago to ask for a face to face appointment and he initially gave me a date if 2 weeks ahead.
I said oh that's a way away nothing sooner he the said oh you'll need to speak to the manager anyway to confirm face to face, I said OK but he said she's in a meeting and I should wait
For how long I asked he said he didn't know So I asked should I wait on the phone he said I can it call back later, again I asked when he said I don't know so I said that's not good customer service you have told me to just wait not ee will call you back or anything and when challenged he was not apologetic at all or even bothered I ended the call and called back the next day and the other receptionist gave me one without any issues.
And again this week i called again to query my prescription and each time he answers he is very curt straight in with what'd your date of birth.
I don't expect small talk or anything of the sort however each time I call on this same young man is rude answers the phone like you have disturbed him and is damn right rude he needs to be taught some customer service skills even the basic ones especially as he is the first point of contact for the surgery .
His telephony skills are very poor.
The GPS have always been good and the other staff I have dealt with.

Horrible service. I had an appointment and it was cancelled because the doctor was sick. Since I understand that the doctors also get sick, they should have in place a system to replace staff. They did not even give me a replacement appointment and told me to call within two days. This is not the only situation in which I have found this GP disappointing, they take about two weeks to give you an appointment. Also, when calling on the phone the staff tend to be rude and not really helpful. Compared to other GPs in other areas this GP has a poor service.
