Impossibly chaotic incompetence (as usual) at the reception desk in appointment management and booking.
Auto Check in is unreliable in keeping with the apparent ethos of this practice.

A 10 minute appointment means a wait of nearly an hour. Same extremely poor patient experience on repeated occasions.

Also…Checking status on referrals? Don’t ask or expect them to help as you get told to do it yourself.

Don’t just take just my word for it. At least three other people had similar experiences in the hour I was waiting..

One star seems overly generous.

I was seen by Dr.Shreya Karia who was very professional. She was gentle and well spoken, she listened to my concern, examined me is a very satisfied way. She also said that she will send a referral to a specialist , for me to be checked further. I was very satisfied with her service thank you again, hoping to get a quick specialist appointment.

I always find the receptionist polite and accommodating when it comes to apts.
Dr S. Karia and Dr Dimitrios are the main Doctors I see and they are both very respectful and empathetic to me and my family. Dr Karia I don't see very much but over the years he has seen me and my children ample times he has also been very respectful and empathetic over the years .

At last I can really say what you did to me and my family. I was a young mum back in the 90s. Terrified to be without a doctor as it was impossible to get into a clinic. I inherited you from my old wonderful doctor. The bee keeping Dr Timmins a total gentleman. I was lulled into a false sense of security. You were possibly be the worst individual I ever met regarding care. You had ego. with zero empthay No wonder your empire has 1 star. Just like you.

I have been at this practice for over 25 years and have always found the receptionists and doctors to be brilliant. They take the time to listen and are very caring. Even over thr last few difficult years with everything goin on, I have still managed to get appointments and where necessary speak to the doctors secretary who has also been helpful. Couldn't ask for anymore
