I think before this medical practice and the one at cudworth will improve they need to check there Google feedback, seems I am not the only patient to not be happy with the service. I advice anyone who has commented or will comment in the future to leave feedback on there website if they don't know they can not change.

Complete shambles I have an ear infection and sinus infection the doctor gave me ear drops I requested tablet form as i am not keen on putting liquid in my ear due to always having a perforated ear drum she refused.

I told her about my recent muscle ach and pains and extreme tiredness she refused a blood test and told me just to take multivitamin tablets. Now I am waiting and taking some antibiotics I found in my cupboard should anything happen or I end up in hospital I will sue for all I can then I will go national with my story.

I think some of the staff should have more respect for their elderly patients, receptionists can be very patronising., not all of them some are helpful . I've not been happy with my mother's care, with certain aspects it seems too long waiting for Warfarin checks compared to what I have heard from other GP surgeries then they say there are no nurses available. She's just telephoned now, spending 30 minutes waiting to get through even though it said she was first in the queue, the receptionist was not very understanding when she was asked questions then rudely told her she had to cut the call short as other patients might want to get through, the call lasting about a minute. Mother felt belittled and feels that now she is in her 80s the surgery can't be bothered with her.

The nurse practitioner, Jackie Spencer, however is very good and I cannot fault her. She has always taken amazing care of my mother and is very well liked by the other patients I have spoken with. The same with a few of the nurses and Marilyn who has also been very patient and kind.

I think some of the staffs attitude needs to be improved and a look at the time taken to get through when telephoning especially in the morning when wanting to book appointments

Not even possible to give a 0 star of would have.. this doctors is shocking i moved from a different doctors and got stripped of medication my partner has to beg for his anti depressants every month they refuse my daughter her life saving inhalers and limit her to 1 prescription every 7 weeks so she won't use her blue inhaler and can't breath because the doctor won't prescribe you would think he is buying the medication from his own wages. Penny pinching from kids who can't breath..
