Quite possibly the worst GP in London. I have been registered here for over 10 years and I will be moving. Impossible to get an appointment and a complete lack of care for any follow ups that you must chase.

I hardly visit the Drs but each experience I’ve had with this practice over the last few years has left me exasperated and in tears at times.
Calling the practice - I’m no1 in Q but left hanging on over fifteen minutes. People sadly don’t have time to keep hanging about on the telephone - maybe upgrade to a call back system.
You can never see the GP in person - hiding behind a telephone.
Blood results get dealt with by the pharmacist who plays God with medication advised by a specialist. When I completed an econsult I requested to speak to a GP as the pharmacist couldn’t help me with my medication. A male receptionist/admin staff called me to ask me why I wanted to speak to a Dr and that it is practice policy to speak to a pharmacist. I’m not sure what the point of me filling in the question was?

For a small practice, you are never given a time slot for a telephone call back and patients are expected to wait around all day. More secure than a prison.

Please avoid this surgery if you want to see a Dr face to face.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I have used this practice for many years, they get nothing done, they have lost mine and my partners prescription records multiple times,(7+ times) They do not care about urgent issues and are severely disorganised.

I have stopped using their services and have had to take my own healthcare private for my serious issues otherwise I know for a fact they will not get seen to anytime soon and even when they do they will not solve the issue, they have never actually fixed any problems I have had.

I do not recommend this gp surgery at all
DO NOT come here if you value your own health. Anywhere else is better than here

Incredibly ignorant and unprofessional not sure how they got a permit to practice medicine and help the community. Called in with the Pharmacy for a repeat prescription, took Allendale Road Surgery more than a week to just issue the prescription for it to be then sent off to the lab. Delaying vital medication for a little girl. Not what you would expect from a health provider to be so lax about these things. Staffing issues aside, you can not just play around like that with people's lives and needs.

.....This is unfortunately not just a one time occurrence either ......

Horrible staff on the reception I left my motorbike at the staff car park and she was complaining about blocking their way. For 10mins of my staying.
Other than than being patient for 2ys of services I will only say register yourself to another gp crevices, save yourself from time wasters.
Not all of them bad but quite a few doesn't know how to behave and talk to people's.

This GP is terrible. The staff and GP should all go under review for being inadequate for their job roles. The staff has excuses for everything (mainly use COVID as an excuse), they do not even do their jobs properly. I called numerous times for a prescription, no one knew anything about it. All the staff made a mistake and it is human error for not getting a prescription, that is their excuse. What is the point of their jobs if they make mistakes all the time. I
