this surgery and the staff on reception are rude arrogant humans who sit there all day pretending to carry out a service which they cannot deliver total waist of the tax payers money. its been 2 weeks since I have tried to get a call back from a doctor and nothing !! every time I call the receptionist she tells me to try at 8am I did this everyday for the past 2 weeks no one pick up the phone or sometimes you may be lucky that they answer but only to tell you all appointments are now booked try again 8am the next day!!! I have written to the health ombudsmen today including the local councillor asking why the public taxes are being wasted on Woodroyd medical centre when they cannot provide the service they are hear for? what I have found is that we all need to go to A&E or out of hours even if its minor incident at least they would then charge the surgery for all our attendances to the hospitals you see they love to waist money that way and your guaranteed to get seen so my advice is even if your query is very minor do not bother trying to contact Woodroyd centre for an appointment YOUR NOT GETTING ONE best call 999 go to A&E the staff behind the counters are rude arrogant people with very little education the surgery is a waist of resources and should be closed down!!!!!!! I did not want to leave a star for this medical centre but unfortunately you cannot leave a review until you give them a star

For the past half hour I've been constantly trying to contact this surgery simply for a test result, and every time I call, they're either not answering the phone or when the phone does get answered, they hang up. This surgery has gone downhill & its appalling and very unprofessional. It's bad enough the surgery closing on Wednesday afternoons, but when the reception refuses to answer the phone, it doesn't surprise me why people call 999 or shoot off to the A & E simply to be seen by a doctor because they're being ignored by their doctor. I wonder if the manager knows how slack their reception staff have become !!

Totaly disgraceful this doctors used to be a very good doctors. These days you ask to see a doctor and get a "advanced" nurse when you complain they tell you that there as good as a doctor and better than a consultant at the hospital they like to mess up your pain medications to give you cheap crap what does not work so they can save money. There already saving money by not giving you a doctor when you need one. They give me a 6 years out of date number without the paperwork for beep. They think there a state of the art doctors with one receptionist on the desk and taking the phone appointments no caller waiting. The receptionists think there something special but there no better than anyone else as for the manager a snotty cow who thinks she knows everything which she doesn't got a clue about anything.

just read the rest of the reviews this surgery and the reception staff need closing down they are rubbish will not book you appointments been on the phone since 8am till 835 to be told sorry no appointments left call back AGAIN !!!! 2 weeks ringing constantly cant get a appointment for my daughter who is 5 my family have been with these jokers fornearly 50 years havent got a clue whats going on doctors lcoming and going i just want to know 1 thing would this dog best way to describe him with out swearing david cameron if his wife or kids were poorly would they have to wait this long dr fenwick and partners derserve 1 out if 10 plus the seceratys have very rude and ill mannered abd a nasty ciws with no manners dobt kniw how to talk to people over the phone if i was in a potion of power were you could shut down idiots like this id shut them down today they dont deserve to be called doctors and hope you have a horrile retirment to drop dead early or get a illness that makes you dependent on others dr febwick and partners are a disgrace to modern days doctor surgerys i have no regret what i have wrote about these horrible surgery and its doctors and receponist horrible cows
