With my ongoing problem I see Dr. (Mrs,) Kumar quite often. Never a problem to get an appointment with the new system telephone and helpful receptionists. Doctor's skill, expertise and friendly attitude make visits quite pleasant. I have never come back from the surgery disappointed.

I have been with Mrs Kumar all my life and now my my kids two and 12 are with her and I can't knock her every time I have rang for the kids she gets them in within the hour today I no she waited to go home untill I popped back with a urine sample for my little girl even no she had fineshed her shift , she does care and the receptionist do too

Awaiting tests for cancer and was referred to the hospital within two weeks who referred it back to this doctor surgery for it only to be ignored or lost until I phoned to see the why the delay now I have to wait longer, my mental health is all over for the last month and I've now longer to endure , did my nana a disservice in the past so i shouldn't really be surprised , second to that my father also which I supported this dr surgery against my family, looks like I was wrong these 25 years later. Not happy

Its horrendous.
Try getting an appointment or repeat prescription.
Prescription can only be online or through the post, never heard anything so ridiculous.
