In terms of the Doctors at this surgery. Great. Dr Adam Gillett is my Doc and he is amazing. Great person and very knowledgeable. The reason for only 2 stars though. The secretaries! Deathly slow to deal with very important paperwork. My doctor signed a form for me addressed to the DVLA so I could get my driving license back. This was on the 21st of September. All the secretaries had to do was put it in the post in an already addressed and paid for envelope, that's it, easy. I have just found out it was only posted TODAY (1st October), 9 days later!!!! This is unacceptable when it comes to something so important as a driving license. I am appalled and disgusted at the service here. Something needs to change. Priorities need to be made in terms of paperwork. Not just add it to the pile and deal with it when you feel like it. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this surgery to ANYONE if they want anything done in a timely manner.

After moving to Cheltenham from Scotland I needed a good doctor and I found all of them here!! All the staff, nurses and doctors are outstanding in this practice. I have been helped many times with my mental health, physical pain and other issues many times. I am eternally grateful to all the staff at St George's surgery. I highly recommend signing up here if you need a good doc. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Not my practice, thank goodness, there are only a couple of Dr's here that are outstanding. Others seem judgemental and unhelpful. This attitude seems to stem from the reception team. Everytime I have had to contact them, im made to feel like I'm waisting their time!
Would not recommend, unless you want to feel like your waisting everybodys time.

I can not believe just how terrible the receptionists are! I guess their rudeness comes from the fact they are frustrated that they are not actual doctors!
