This sounds really reassuring yet in reality all these reviews about Compass speak for themselves!

All the staff at Compass need retraining, or sacking.
The front line receptionists are rude, they’re arrogant and uncaring. Promised return calls, never happen. You request a call back from the manager, they say ‘a managers back takes 10 days?’

The Compass management avoid any problems from patients. If you complain about poor service, good luck with that. Don’t bother wasting your time with the Intergrated Care Board, they all go to the same parties, Xmas and New Year.
Their jobs are to avoid helping patients. Florence Nightingale will be appalled and ashamed of these very unprofessional charlatans.

I’ve badly damaged limbs, yet no help at all from anyone at Compass and you’re left to struggle as a new handicapped person for 11 months.
This goes against their Oath ‘First Do No Harm’ Each corrupted staff member goes against the NHS healthcare protocols. Promised phone calls never happened.

This surgery has been reported to governing bodies.
This is a total waste of time as they ALL ignore patients complaints and WHITE WASH YOUR COMPLAINTS.

If you value your healthcare, read the reviews and definitely go to a more caring and honest surgery!

Compass Medical Practice has been a lifeline in an otherwise broken system. Their team is empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely committed to supporting patients, especially those who feel unheard and dismissed elsewhere. While their services are solely virtual, they do their utmost to offer tailored care within the limitations of their structure. For someone like me, who has felt alienated by traditional GP practices, Compass has been a refreshing change. However, their inability to provide localized, in-person care due to systemic constraints highlights the broader failings of NHS England.

On the other hand, NHS England's handling of vulnerable patients, particularly those expressing mental health concerns, is deeply troubling. Many patients are wrongly and subjectively placed on the Special Allocation Scheme (formerly known as the "violent patient scheme"), effectively excluding them from localized healthcare. This punitive approach disproportionately impacts those in crisis, undermining their basic right to accessible and compassionate care. Legal precedent under R (Tracey) v Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust & Ors [2014] EWCA Civ 822 emphasizes the importance of individualized, humane decision-making in healthcare—a principle NHS England seems to disregard.

Compass Medical Practice deserves commendation for providing care within such a flawed framework. However, NHS England should reflect on its moral and legal obligations. Patients in the UK deserve better than a system that alienates and penalizes them when they are most in need. This disparity in care should be a matter of national outrage, and NHS England must act to reform these harmful policies.

Like everyone else, stuck with this place not getting any primary care whatsoever, health deteriorating to being hospitalised. If anyone is reading this go to the ombudsman and get this place shut down, I’ve now got an advocate service taking my fight up on my behalf, people shouldn’t be left and forgotten about, seek legal advice too

The practise manager needs sacking, your put on a 10 day call back that never happens as they say 10 day hoping by the end of it your either dead or you forget about it, totally disgusting and if any solicitors out there please lease a comment below with contact details as I’m up for the fight

You can’t get discharged either as they purposely leave you without medication so you kick off and they say your an angry bastard you have to stay with us it’s a vicious circle you can’t get out of, as were the lowest of the low to them

Please if you read this make the complaint to advocate services or nhs complaints or you will become iller than you’ve ever been in your life

Stay well clear the practice manager is not good trust me also they put u in danger as well as public I have an on going complaint that once completed I will then be looking at possible legal neglect of duty. I had an appointment pre arranged with a female nurse only as I can not be around males due to child hood issuse's they said yes that's fine there would be no males in attendance they lied when I got to the appointment male came to my face although I was to see a female nurse they never once said I male would also be there there words were there wouldn't be a male cause I made it clear if there was I would never of agreed to the appointment as I have very complex mental health needs and putting a male in front of me like they ddd was very stupid and dangerous they put my self the male and other members of public at high high risk as I have a tendency to be very aggressive with males due to what happened when I was a child please stay well clear from this place they don't care about Ur health and needs I been with them around 4 years I know what I'm talking about when it comes to this place.

Absolutely shocking service.terrible trained NHS staff . Awfully trained GPS that do not do there job accordingly are follow the nhs law .i suffer from multiple mental diagnosis and they have left me with no psychiatrist even they aware my medication is not working to full affect and does have to be a psychiatrist to review my meds and adjust .dowm to the anti psychotics I am on .they also say they have there own policy wen it comes to a complaint procedure with no acknowledgement letter and there own policy according to a trained nhs member of staff witch is 35 working for your 1st response.

A utter disgrace, I am autistic and cannot deal with large groups and high stress environments .

When I contacted them about a rash the dr who called back didn't even know I was autistic and never even looked at the picture of the rash I sent .

When he told me I need to go to a n e I tried my best to tell him it's a recipe for disaster and over stimulation he ignored that .. And o had a meltdown.

Later that day I had a meltdown in a n e and almost got arrested as I had a meltdown within 5 mins , sweating uncontrollably and basically unable to make.eye contact draw alot of negative attention ..

When begging on the phone for compass to either let me go or provide a blood test , they told me there is no access to a walk in in the town I was in .
Within 5 min my friend found a walk.in , the nurse there didn't think I'm a threat she just saw a distraught man .
I still haven't had a blood test and I could have a serious underlying illness, I am unable to get access to the most basic of medical care ,because compass refuses to let me go and to provide me a blood test .
Because of this unethical and disgraceful group I am utterly prevented from even the most basic of medical access.
I could have a vitimen problem, or early signs of lukiemia ,I will not know until well it's too late .
Because compass out of spite won't let me have a blood test .
Their receptionist think their Drs and their Drs don't even read your file before they make decisions .They are dangerous neglectful and abusive

Had an injury to me eye last year, well these have done everything to make it worse. Need investigating. Prescribing steroid eye drops while you have a cataract, they dont even look at you just guess while googling your symptoms. Incompetence at its finest.

Ignored , criminalised and nearly killed my autistic sibling after giving wrong advice.patient blames when this happens told my sibling their fault ( my sibling) Several times even when they are cooperating with dr the lie and say they never do . Faced security and police numerous times because they don’t understand autism the latest one being was given naproxen last week told over phone needs to take the other med to line stomache as neptoxen can cause bleeding of the stomache yet told my sibling only at night yet they had neproxen twice a day ended up in a and e Saturday with vomiting blood high fever as took as instructed for fear they’d be penalised bad reaction and a and e dr wrote to take them off we shall await what they have to say about this probably will blame my sibling yet again . Keep moving the goal posts to when my sibling can go back into normal drs . Deny things even though it’s on paper so they can’t back out now .
