Great customer service. Staff and doctors lovely. If you require vaccines for abroad and need them done quickly. This is the place to go. If they haven’t got the vaccine in stock. Quick ordering ensures you only have to wait a couple of days. Before they contact you for an appointment. Would definitely use them again in the future. Thank ypu

What a bright, cheerful and professional welcome. And then Dr Alder did not ‘rush’ the appointment, this being my first time there. He administered an injection for carpel tunnel syndrome. Felt nothing. Very caring and professional with a kind and friendly manner. Well worth having gone ‘private’. The receptionist, Toby, understood the urgency over the phone, and the appointment was given for the next day. Couldn’t all medical practices be like this? I recently had a hyaluronic acid injection for my arthritic knee. The staff were wonderful & very welcoming. I saw Tim Alder who put my mind at ease instantly, was friendly & very professional throughout. This was my first visit & I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had a very positive experience getting my blood drawn today. The parking can be tricky if busy but I was able to get a space as someone left.

The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I was seen on time.

My GP Dr Burca was friendly, professional and proficient. It didn't take long at all but I didn't feel rushed at any point.

The offices were clean, tidy and pleasant.

All in all, I can't fault the experience.

Extremely prompt and professional service in all areas - GP Consultations - which went the extra mile - tests and onward referrals.
Everything could not have been completed any quicker! Very conscientious follow up on drug dosage following blood test results. Very glad we chose this practice.
