I was always a supporter of Mind but my own experience (or lack of) has been really disappointing. I was referred via my GP in November due to struggling with the aftermath of a murdered family member. A representative called me once and unfortunately, I missed the call. They logged that into the system and never bothered trying to get back in touch with me. They just left me to it. So disappointed in the lack of service ans care received.
