Worst GP I ever dealt with in my life! Where do I start!
1. They never answer the phone!
2. If they answer the phone, appointments are all gone.
3. Rude staff at reception and Doctors. One particular Doctor there its absolutely horrible. he talks to you as if you are 4 year old child. Miss Dr Qadan so much!!
4. I tried to get a letter signed-they had to signed. It was for the local council and they advised us to get it signed by our GP. Went to visit them four times and after refusing it three times, once they said its over £100 just for a signature. We called back the council and they said thats awful and never heard of such a thing!
5. They sent our prescriptions to the wrong pharmacies so many times we lost count. When we asked the pharmacy they say ask your GP to stop sending us your medication then, we didn't request your medication.
6. Whenever they managed to answer the phone, No appointments.
7. If you ever get an appointment EVER, Doctors are always late seeing you. They never see you on time.
8. Three particular reception staff and one Doctor should be gone because they bringing the service down. And don't give them public service jobs ever again!

Call at 7:59am, it says GP is closed, call at 8Am 3 times, says unable to transfer into appointment. thn at 8:01am no appointment.

I used the online service and filled all the forms out waiting for phone call back but nothing try calling 8am for appointment all gone I made a complaint to reception to be told I never put a pic that says its optional very bad service and fell they are rude when you ask y no one gets bk to you don't no how they can call it a doctor surgery

Staff is completely useless. Tell’s me to call 8am and does not answer the phone , they should have online services for working people. I have been seriously unwell and been trying to get through to my GP. Spoke to a lady called Naraib absolutely rude and sarcastic. When a patient is upset you shouldn’t be provoking them. Will definitely be moving GP. Don’t RECOMEND THIS GP TO ANYONE.

Very bad experience with this GP going 8/10 times to this GP but every time they say no for appointments, appointments full, we don’t have Dr please visit again and when we call 8am they don’t answer the phone call I don’t recommend this GP to anyone please register with another one…!!🙏

This GP no longer uphold the high standards it once had when it was led by DR Qadan. I strongly recommend you report your issue to CQC and the general medical council so other people do not have to experience such hardship from a GP.

One of the worst GP’s. If I could rate it 0 I would. It’s absolutely impossible to get an appointment and if you do, the doctors DON’T care about you. They give terrible, generic advice and prescription that clearly doesn’t work. Better off travelling to a further GP but at least you’ll be getting the service and respect you deserve!

I also booked an online appointment and the doctor didn't even call me. Don't waste your time here. Used to be a good centre, the doctors and service now are terrible.
