I’ve been a patient for two years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The receptionist team is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure that patients are treated with respect and kindness. The doctors are also incredibly caring and always put my well-being first, even when it goes above and beyond their job duties. I am stunned to read some of the negative reviews about this surgery. I've been with them for 27 years and have always found the admin team very helpful. They are very caring, kind and professional. If they say they will ring you back - they do. If they say they will forward an email - they do. They have helped me no end with several issues affecting several family members lately, going above and beyond. The doctors at this surgery are ALL excellent. And recently, Dr Malde literally saved my life by spotting immediately that something was not right and calling for an ambulance. I can't thank them all enough.

The doctor I saw wasn't helpful at all. If you ask any questions she gets offended and reply back to me in a rude way. This is the third time I felt and I told her on her face too. When you see a patient atleast learn to understand how they are.

Me and my family are getting their excellent service from 1992. Their, care, support and help always appreciated by us. Doctors, nurses and staffs are doing their best and understanding the patient's needs, struggles pain and difficulties. And help them how much they can. Their specialities of their knowledge, experiences and show the patients how much they do care and give important to every patient's needs with children, old people be treated well with in this practice. I am proud about all of them they treat me like their own family. I had so many experiences in the past in my life they gave me without any delays. From March this year they took care of me to find out what's wrong with my body they did all the blood tests and other tests and urgently sent me to ANE to Hillington hospital and finally found I got leukaemia and I am still under going the chemotherapy treatment at Hillington hospital. I am very greatful to Dr. Patel for took so much concern about my health condition. Your service and NHS has to be proud about your excellent care of your patients at your practice. God bless you all and your families I hope every patient at your practice see and get the care like same as me.
Thank you so much. And I hope you improve your service because now these days with lots of pressure in the hospitals ANE lack of waiting time for serious pain and treatments.

I am extremely disappointed with the administrative service at medical Doncaster drive. My recent experience has been frustrating and stressful due to the inefficiency and lack of professionalism displayed by the admin staff (Jackie).

I am a 60 year old man, and as someone who has never called up the GP service for any service, I am extremely disappointed as I got told to go to my GP by my opticians and they still couldn’t even help me.

As a patient, I expect a certain level of competence and courtesy, especially when it comes to managing appointments and handling patient inquiries. Unfortunately, the admin team at this practice falls short of these basic expectations.

I strongly urge the management to review and improve their administrative processes, as the current situation is unacceptable. Patients should not have to struggle to receive basic services due to poor administration

Using the GP SINCE 2015 , staffs are very cooperative, i know some time difficult to get an appointment but they try there best to give you same days appointment, definitely reception staff are very polite, off course i knows most of staffs , nurses are all is very helpful , consultants are really good , they always do there best to make life better ,If they can't then they refer immediately ,i will continue this GP UNTILL i live in this area , my best regards to all the GP staffs for making our life better !!

Most of the receptionists at this surgery are very rude and abrupt. They need to take a course in customer service. I absolutely dread calling the surgery. I wanted to give no stars but my entry would not submit without a rating.
