Got taken into AMU for tests. There was a wait but the nurse Christina was the most caring and kind nurse, and put me completely at ease. Everything was fully explained and the examinations were very thorough. Thank you Christina x

Consultant and support staff in the women's hospital were lovely and supportive throughout my appointment! Made me feel at ease and cared for. On time, welcoming, and great standards of cleanliness. An example to follow by the department and the hospital! Our NHS staff deserve much better pay, care, and work environments!

All I can say is the buildings can be shabby in places but that is more than made up for by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff we met. I'm so proud to see these stars looking after our loved ones. The members of staff we encountered were fantastic.

Having broken my wrist ( both radius and ulna) on Saturday 8th June I was attended by a fantastic young A&E doctor at Bassetlaw Hospital, given a backslab and sling and a Virtual Appointment for Doncaster Fracture Clinic today. Apparently a Dr reviews the xrays taken and phones you with a plan of care. This fracture is moving around, grating bone on bone causing me incredible pain and numbness in my little finger. It is now 1-30 in the afternoon and still no phone call. I am at my wits end, worried that this will set in the wrong position. A nurse on A&E has said it needs a full cast before I will get any pain relief and the fact that it is noisily grating is worrying. There is a perfectly good Fracture Clinic at Bassetlaw hospital, I don’t know who made this decision and why, but this cannot be good care in anyone’s mind. What is going on with this trust?
