Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star, my new mental health worker Afaf first saw me when my child was about 2 weeks old and said she will be In touch yet haven’t heard anything from her no appointments nothing, that 2 week old is now 8 month old. When Afaf came to my address when my child was 2 weeks old that was the introduction meeting since she became my new worker. Absolutely disgusting by the service I have received. Not happy at all

Very poor mental health services and treatment.. Lack of communication..lack of proper trained staff who act unprofessional with no empathy .. Lack or giving you care plans...or risk assessment.. Can't see doctor.. New random staff..bullying tactics to down grade you..having to put in a official letter of complaint to chief executive and communications centre as you can't even talk to main person.. They ignore your calls for help.. Very distressing for the most vulnerable mental health patients and family members very disappointed.. Have caused so much stress on us as a family

One star is actually a complement never felt a low and then made to feel like a burden while whoever was on the phone had people laughing in background.... scum!!!! Hopefully they never need help

Don’t bother with selecting 1 for emergencies or 2 to hold it’s the same. The beeps while you out hold are annoying need some fitting music like The Doors the end etc. Lady on the phone was nice.

Was on cosworth 4/5years ago appx and at first staff cpns seemed caring and understanding as asked about meds currently on etc was there about 14 days and got no named nurse pn or psychiatrist assigned to re-diagnose or regular meds on the 1 occasion I reluctantly accepted med supposed to aid me get some sleep LIED TO about this as was in fact strong sleep inducing sedation med and was in deep sleep and awoke early next morning with anger like never had as bad ever before in my entire life ever before as for further information am unwilling to state for as advocate complaint was put in and outcome cleared the staff of any wrong doing
I gave up my trust had before for this unit within 5 minutes of awaking THAT Morning !!!
My advice is stay in community with cpn cover if available otherwise TAKE CARE N SAFE At home or with friends or family members as not worth bothering to go here for MH ever ? may have changed since but I strongly doubt that
