Was seen incredibly quickly. The staff are all really lovely friendly and helpful people. I received excellent care and advice following an injury requiring stitches. I can’t thank them enough.

Had an allergic reaction to something which had me worried. We went Saturday afternoon so was expecting a wait but it was quiet. The lovely friendly smile on reception booked me in, and I was seen had a prescription and back in my car within around 15 miniutes, the nurse that treated me was amazing. The NHS is slated but this wonderful little hospital is amazing.

The minor injuries unit is an absolute credit to the NHS, everyone was helpful and I was seen really quickly, got xrays and was looked after and treated so well!

I injured my hand on a trip out on Friday, and by Saturday it had not improved. My partner took me th the Doddington Minor injuries unit on Saturday morning, I was fourth in the queue and was seen in ten minutes. The staff were so professional and nice and the injury took about 45 minutes to treat. This hospital unit is excellent it's staff are brilliant both in professional and caring treatment of patients.

Needing them on a Sunday morning is never a great thing but after arriving at just gone 10am I was out of there by just gone 12 with the prescription needed. I dealt with Jo, Jo and Richard, all great and so nice. If you need a minor injury place don't feel like rget they are there.

Took my elderly mother there today as she fell over needing stitches to her hand, nose glued and a x-Ray to find out she’d broken her knee. All I can say is all the staff especially DR Richard Carpenter that dealt with my mum were amazing, compassionate, friendly and I couldn’t thank them enough. A BIG THANK YOU to you all.

Can`t thank the staff at the minor injury's unit enough. Everyone very helpful and extremely pleasant to myself and my mom when we visited this afternoon. Mom was treated promptly and compassionately by expert staff who put her at ease whilst they drained an infected cyst on her back. Then prescribed antibiotics and ensured we had arranged a follow up appointment for re dressing of her wound at the GP practice.
Absolutely first-class service. Thank you .
