So far so good but before, receptionist not that great,when you call to book for and appointment to see a doctor ,how I wish I remember the receptionist who received the call one bad faithful Day. But no comment for now.

Stay away if you can get place anywhere else! Doctors unbelievably rude (with exception) after explaining one issue, 'been told to make another appointment if I have anything else that I need to talk about and at the end complete waste of time as the treatment didn't help at all; also been told that I had a long list of problems!!! Was rushed, hadn't even been inside for 5 minutes, but was already dismissed when explaining my issue. Reception staff not much better either (depending which one you'll get). and appointments are late as well, you have to wait for ages, after time of your appointment. To make an appointment over the phone you have to queue for 20 minutes. Also they are 20 years behind if it comes to computerisation: when you want to register or make an appointment with a midwife, you have to go to the centre to get paper registration forms, which I've been told, they don't have online, and the one they do have online, is not the one that they use, so I had to refill everything in again! After you give your forms and documents, you have to then wait ages until you are registered. They didn't inform me of all documents I had to bring in, so had to go back and forth with different set of documents, which I found out I need, only after I went in there, despite the fact, that I phoned first, to find out all of those details. All in all - not satisfied.

Waited over 1 month to find out my test results. Said they'd call me but never gave a time. Called them 3 times and got hung up on every time after calling for over 30 minutes because their phone signal was bad. I know mine wasn't bad because I called two people beforehand to double check. So I've got no way to get my results when I've got something wrong with me that affects my daily life.

Absolutely disgusted. I was unwell and went to the doctor about 3 weeks ago regarding this illness and I was sent home and told it would sort itself out. Went to A & E and was given meds that didn't work. Now nearly a month on, no change. I threw up twice at work, then made my way to the practice to be told all the doctors have gone home for the day and that they have no appointments till March. I was told that I could request a call back from the duty manager. I waited most of the day to then miss the call. I call the Health Centre back to be put on hold for 15 minutes. I get through and I get told that the duty manager is too busy to call me back. I can request a call back tomorrow or go to A& E. I tell them that I've already visited to be told I need to call in he morning for an appointment. This is how people are dying waiting on the NHS. I've had the same illness for a while now and I'm having go go and see the same damn people who have sent me away.

(Podiatry)

Arrived today for a podiatry procedure after being referred by my GP. And was told my appointment has been cancelled. Apparently I was called while at work to be told on the day it was cancelled. The reason for cancellation is that they had written to my GP about going ahead with the procedure. And didn't hear back. Even though they referred me in the first instance.

Absolutely the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I am just disgusted. I have organised time off work to get the procedure. I now have no idea what is going on. I am expected to just continue in pain? Or just cut the toe myself. I am so angry.

As soon as I entered the friendly receptionist asked me if I had parked in the adjoining car park and was ready to warn me not to.
The place itself was welcoming enough and the doctor was sincere, helpful, friendly and provided the support I needed. No problems at all this morning.

Very rude doctors and receptionists tend to have attitude. Don't give the impression that they want to help you, more like you're wasting their time, especially the more in depth information you try to tell them, they make up their mind about what they think is wrong and shove you out the door. Couple months back got misdiagnosed TWICE by the same doctor who examined me poorly the first time and didn't even bother the second time.

I've always had fantastic service here. I can always get an appointment when I want, the staff are very friendly & helpful and the doctors are very supportive, Mr & Mrs Mushtaq and especially Dr Shun. I have never had a negative experience.
