I am SO happy to have come across DocTap! It was so easy to book with the most helpful person ever who arranged my appointment within an hour, in an immaculate clinic. (With very reasonable consultation fee!)
I had the BEST consultation with Dr Mehra! It was excellent, his calm and confident manner, obvious huge experience, he totally understood what my situation was and explained potential treatment so clearly, (with pros & cons) found solutions, prescribed, discussed moving forward, I could not recommend more highly. I felt that I was in extremely safe hands. Then!! I immediately received more helpful info on email, the most thorough follow up! Simply an all round excellent experience! Thank you so much🙏🏼😊

Great experience. The discussion was straightforward and professional, and I felt meaningfully involved in decision making. Blood tests were done there and then, which was convenient—no need for a separate appointment.

Excellent service, I would definitely recommend it.
I saw Dr. Nitin Mehra in Hammersmith, who waited for me even though I was running late to my appointment and still provided me with a fine detailed examination on my injured ankle. I have been early to so many appointments and was still rushed and just given painkillers and sent on my way .
Dr. Mehra actually listened to me and wasn't just a yes man nodding his head. He was very professional and gave me an in depth advice about the way I should go about my injury. If you are reading this, Dr., many thanks once again

Prefer this service to the NHS as they are faster and feels more personal. Dr Nitin goes above and beyond to ensure that I am not only treated, but also put at ease. I highly recommend. Whilst it does come at a cost, it does put my mind at ease knowing I can see a doctor whenever I need to.

Had a great experience in my first session, GP was very friendly and knowledgeable, listened carefully, identified the issue and was able to dispense the medicine right away as well (normal prescription charge, saved me a trip to the pharmacy!). 5/5 stars!

This was my first time at this GP practice and the experience was seamless from beginning to end. The girl at the reception was really nice and helpful. Dr Nitin Mehra asked me lots of questions to properly understand the situation, and then took the time to explain everything in detail and reassure me. I now have a good understanding of next steps. Appointments are readily available, even on the same day. Online booking is easy. Website is user-friendly. The option to select a male or female GP is very convenient for certain medical conditions. The doctors do the blood tests themselves. I love that kind of get-it-done approach. Test results are fast. My blood work was done on a bank holiday and the results arrived a day earlier then expected. Some medications are available onsite - no need to visit the pharmacy. Email communications are clear and have the right level of detail. My GP at DocTap is Dr. Nitin Mehra and he is knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, and takes the time to explain things. He is also very accommodating and compassionate. Every visit has been a pleasant and reassuring experience.
