Antigen test arrived 2 days after ordering it. Scheduling was super easy, and I was even able to rearrange the time very easily. The video call was via a web page, so nothing to download which was great. The Doctor was on time and friendly and I had my fit to fly certificate before the call ended.

Purchased test kits in UK and took them with us on holiday as we needed to provide a negative test the day before our cruise. The video appointment was conducted quickly and efficiently and certificates were emailed to us before the call concluded.
We would recommend this service as it was easy to use and also a lot less expensive than the options available in Vancouver where we were boarding our ship.

Very efficient service. Adequate email reminders about the appointment we had booked and clear instructions on taking the test. The health advisor was very pleasant. We would definitely use them again as they are good value compared to other companies and very convenient to do the test at home without having to travel far.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but for having to do an annoying process, these guys were great. Rapid test arrived on our doorstep 2 days after ordering it. Scheduling was super easy. The video call was via a web page, so nothing to download which was great. Doctor was on time and friendly. Had my fit to fly certificate before the call ended.

Hoping this whole mess goes away soon, but DocHQ did an awesome job all around. Great, seamless experience.

Purchased test kits from them and took them on holiday as we need the certs to get on our cruise, at first, they couldn't contact with us via webcam, but I rang and they took me through the steps to connect via a different method.
The doctor Joanne, was very pleasant, even though she couldn't hear me due to issues connecting my mike.
We still did the test and went through all the checks to get the result.
I would highly recommend @DocHQ if you require these tests.

Ordered 2 kits 12 days before cruise...came very quickly within 3 days. Test booked on line which was very easy to do. Medical professional joined on time & was very friendly & helpful. We had trouble with our PC as she couldn't see or hear us but she immediately rang me on my mobile & we completed the test via watsapp. Was the most reasonably priced test around but more importantly excellent service & would highly recommend!! I was extremely nervous about using DOCHQ to get a proctored covid test which we needed before boarding a ship. I found setting up the appointment (and changing it) quite easy. The day of the test, I received a reminder e-mail giving me a link to click 5 minutes prior to our test time. A message on the screen asked us to make sure the camera and mic were available. I thought they were but my hubby and I are old and didn’t realize that we had to go into settings on my Apple Pro and turn the camera and mic on for the Chrome browser. When time had passed and we didn’t get connected, I called and they were very helpful and got our testing done even though our appointment time had passed. I highly recommend them (and making sure you have turned on your camera and mic!) Great service and great price!
