Missed a follow-up appointment for treatment on 27th December due to catching 2 separate viruses that were prevalent at the time ( Xmas 2024) on 23rd December. Called to inform them several times but no answer. Finally well enough to venture out and went straight to the surgery on 7th January ( less than 2 weeks later, over Xmas and new year period) only to be told I'd been struck off/removed from their list. Practice manager was questioned on this decision as even their policies state 2 missed appointments before being removed but apparently he stood firm on his decision. Dentists there are good but the higher up is money motivated ( as witnessed by the many and varied adverts for private treatment as soon as you pull up to the door). Would i have been struck off if I was a private patient? Probably not! Used to be a lovely little practice with compassionate and caring staff from the top to the bottom, now just a money making machine by unscrupulous individuals who are ruining accessible dental health care for the majority to line their own pockets!

After calling over 10 dental practices to try and find an appointment and having no luck. I called Diss Dental Health Centre and I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, she went above and beyond to find me an appointment. She also helped me get my daughter an NHS appointment. I am so grateful for this service.
I then attended my appointment the next day, I was greeted by another very friendly receptionist. Even though I was the last appointment, the dentist took time to introduce himself and he explained everything to me. He was extremely thorough and took his time to investigate the issue.
I am extremely grateful for the treatment I received from the call to leaving the practice.

Recently joined the practice after our previous dentist closed. Have therefore not been able to receive any dental treatment since before COVID.
I have found the practice to be professional, friendly and accommodating. Appointments very prompt and not rushed at all.
The dentist we have explains everything thoroughly and is very caring. Both myself and my husband have undergone a course of treatment and are both extremely satisfied and very grateful for the service we have received. Thank you.

First treatment at this centre. Brilliant from start to finish. Friendly happy reception staff. Appointment bang on time. Superb dentist & assistant. Great treatment. A most enjoyable visit.

(Never thought I'd say that about a visit to the dentist.)

Have been a patient there for 20 years plus. However because THEY didn't send me a text I missed my last appointment and because I cancelled one in 2021 because of covid I have now been struck off. Basically they don't want any NHS patients so do there best to get rid. I haven't actually seen a full time dentist there for the past 2 years as they don't have any one and also never seen the same dentist for more than 3 times as they all keep leaving. Despite me paying for all my treatment private with them and only having checkups on the NHS and have spent over £6000 in the past 10 years obviously counts for nothing. Thanks for your loyality!!!

I am absolutely terrified into places and it's a really difficult thing for me to do, with Autism and Anxiety not helping.

I has a tooth extraction in Ipswich which left me a bit shaken up and fearing all my teeth are about to drop out. Basically, no excuse but I spent many years not looking after them fully. Lately, I've been tongue punching my front bottom teeth thinking they are loose and something is wrong. I don't have a lot of money so I booked a hygienist hoping I could get a clean and ask what the issue is. I spent day and night worrying about this for a month and a half.

The hygienist (Misbah) was incredibly helpful she was lovely and understanding of my condition, I asked her the questions and that I didn't have a lot of money so couldn't see a dentist yet and she went to speak to the practice principal (Ara) he came in and put me at ease instantly, he was very understanding, took pictures and said what I needed to hear and both of them filled me up with so much confidence that it's not too late to keep on top of it. I even asked Ara to be my regular dentist!

Misbah did a clean on my teeth and got all the staining out, she took her time and done an amazing job. I came out and went straight to my car and looked in the mirror! They are so white and look good, I couldn't believe it! Being a 36 year old with yellow stained teeth is not a good thing.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, I'm looking forward to the next appointment!

I've recently joined this dental practice after needing some treatment. Highly professional, On time appointments and very relaxing atmosphere with excellent dentists. However, the highlight came today after seeing Swati, the hygienist.. Great, happy manner and someone who obviously loves her job and cares about the results. Best hygiene appointment I've ever had.
