William was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding when I had a problem with my big toe nail. Fitted me in at a suitable time, before my work started,which was very useful. After being in pain and not being able to look at it, he worked away and I didn't realise he was done when he had finished. I hardly felt him working on it! Was great at putting me at ease too. My wife has been there also and really rates the service and help too. Thank you William.

Visited William today for needling treatment. I was anxious about the treatment, despite William having explained throughly on my last visit. Within minutes of arriving William had reassured me and explained the process once again. I was feeling relaxed and as always William had me laughing and at ease.
The procedure was pain free and I’m looking forward to my next visit to see the results. I would highly recommend Williams services to anyone.

William and his receptionist are fantastic!
I rang yesterday after having an accident regarding my toenail and was seen and taken care of the day after. The receptionist rang me up to say there was a cancellation today and the service william gave me was brilliant. He was so caring and helped he in my emergency and now i can go about the my day to day activities thanks to their amazing help. Was treated within 24 hours and couldn’t be happier. Went to the Podiatrist for a treatment on my toe and I must say it was fantastic service. William is extremely kind and calm, and he carefully explains procedures ensuring that you are fully aware of the treatment being provided. I thoroughly recommend this institution and it's staff if you ever need anything foot or toe related!

I can not rate William highly enough.
I suffered with cracked heals for nearly 6 months, bad enough to bleed and stop me walking anywhere. I followed all the usual doctors advice, used the steroid creams etc. and none of it worked.
I finally decided to visit Diss Chiropody Clinic, best move I ever made.
William did some work on my feet and explained how to care for them going forward. Two weeks later my feet were almost completely cured. The cracks had all gone and no more inflamed skin.
The cost was also cheaper than all the lotions and potions I had been wasting my money on for the last six months.
If you have problems with your feet this is the place to go.

Turned up for an appointment, was told I was late. Produced my appointment card with correct time and was then told my appointment had been moved earlier- I had not been made aware of this though.
I had an appointment reminder call the day before but no mention of any time change.
