Amy at Disability Forms UK has completed my PIP review forms in 2020 and again in 2024. I'm so glad she was there to help and advise. It was 13 months since Amy completed the form and I got the decision. It was done on form and medical evidence and no assessment. I've been awarded for an ongoing period. Back in November I had the pleasure of working with Disability Forms UK with their form filling service for my PIP application. The whole experience was really great; it was super efficient and Amy was a lovely lady to work with. The form filling appointment took place over the phone and was a breeze - Amy took down all the relevant information that I had to give about my difficulties and my disability. Once submitted not only did the form filling service secure me a telephone assessment, the resources available on Disability Forms UK’s sister site Fightback4Justice made preparing for and getting through the telephone assessment process much less stressful than it could have been. With all the help from both sites, I have managed to secure PIP enhanced rate for both areas and I couldn’t be more relieved, happier and grateful. Thank you Disability Forms UK, and indeed Fightback4Justice. You’re all incredibly hardworking and wonderfully compassionate people doing a fantastic job.

I can’t express enough my thanks, gratitude and appreciation for all the people who diligently work on our behalf helping us to fill in our forms all voluntarily. They help to interpret the forms making them easier to understand the questions so we can answer them fully and clearly. This is all done with no financial aid or support it is charitable donations that keep them up and running and helping so many and for my part I am willingly donating £5 it may not seem like much but every penny helps.
So a huge thank you to all volunteers and donors I for one appreciate it.

Brilliant service. I had a phone consultation to help fill my son's pip review forms in. All done very professionally and with good advice. I was worried about the lack of evidence to send as he doesn't engage with anyone. Really pleased to say he kept his award unchanged and all paperbased without any assessments. To find help for staff or services with friendly people who will help you with pip forms is becoming more and more difficult. That is why I used Fightback as I needed the help the form itself stresses me out. I am so grateful for the services they provided. I strongly recommend using them.

I am currently on PIP and I am applying for help to get it reassessed. My condition has worsened, in that I can no comfortably read/see instructions and hold a pen/pencil and write. I find it very helpful that I have help/aid in completing the form adequately and accurately in making my disability clear
