Disgusting care company. Lie. Dreadful service. Inconsistent care. Speak to people like they are a piece of dirt. Don't respect disabilities if they can't see it it can't be there. Didnt abide by legislation of correct PPE. 99% carers didn't change gloves inbetween tasks...ie emptying Catheter, washing, different creams! Bought personal issues into work. Gossiped badly about other service users, calling them names and spoke derogatory about other staff members Would give A BIG FAT ZERO IF I COULD!!!!

I wouldn’t give this company 1 star!! It’s disgusting and avoid at all cost!! My mum was left without calls, left wet through and unwashed. She was rushed to hospital and the sores were heart breaking. We went to CQC after many meetings and desperation to get my mum the care she deserved. My mum died in January this year and I will never forgive this company for the neglect!!
