Such a nice GP surgery. Reception staff are always friendly and happy to help with any queries. Doctors have been very thorough. Although all nurses have been friendly, Sister Katie was very patient and compassionate when I experienced needle phobia at a blood test. She made the appointment very relaxed and made me feel comfortable to ask for a butterfly needle, wear my headphones throughout etc

I can easily say that Didsbury Medical Centre is the best experience I've ever had with the NHS. Every interaction is so positive. The reception team go above and beyond, the medical staff take time to listen and care. I've been seen at very short notice and I've also had members of staff follow up with me after appointments just to check in. Nurse Katie in particular is amazing. Incredible people doing a really great job.

This is the second time I've been refused antibiotics for hooping cough They don't do there jobs waste loads of time by asking u to keep coming back every week? Keep u waiting over an hour? This doctors is insane! I'm seeing now! As the 2nd time refusing antibiotics for hooping cough? This is not normal! They also refused to help my son with flat head and would have left him deformed? What sort of doctors are these

I had my first cervical screening today at the clinic. Nurse Katie was amazing, explained everything in detail, made the procedure as smooth as possible! Thank you Katie, you've been brilliant.

I genuinely wish the booking system improved because all doctors and staff are so amazing, but how is that of use if one cannot make an appt? There s two hour window for on the day appointments in the morning, if you don’t make it (the appts get filled quickly too), one leaves it for later, and few days later still turns into weeks till one gives up. If you have a few children registered in the same practice, even if they don’t get ill often, you can make arranging appointments your part time job 🙈. Saying that, once you do manage, the staff are lovely and doctors wonderful.

I don't usually leave Google reviews but have been with Didsbury medical practice for a couple of years now and I have always been incredibly impressed with their level of service. Today I put in an admin request online, which it states (completely reasonably) that it can take up to 3 days to respond to. They responded with the information 9 minutes later!! I'm honestly astounded. I'm lucky that I have never had to meet my GP face to face but every time I have contacted the surgery online they have been incredibly efficient and very helpful. When I have been in for routine nurse appointments the team have been absolutely lovely. They are hands down the best GP surgery I have ever had, thank you.

I’ve been registered with this practice for years, and it’s definitely improved in the last year or so. I tend to request an appointment online, and have always been seen when I needed to, or had a phone appointment if it was suitable. Dr Baxter is such a lovely, friendly doctor who always makes me feel like he genuinely cares. The nurses are all great. I have had quite a few health issues over the years (some ongoing) and I always feel well taken care of here.
