I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this centre. The care and compassion Sandra showed during our very first phone call was sincere and genuinely heartfelt. She took the time to really listen and I had every confidence she had the necessary insight to find the right therapist from the centre to begin sessions with my daughter.
To have this level of care from the very start was so reassuring. Sandra really respects that it takes courage to make that first phone call and she holds space for you at a time when you most need it.
I have every confidence in the therapist Sandra has put us in touch with and knowing that she is still available as a point of contact is such a wonderful support.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

I've called every day for 2 weeks, left an answerphone message, sent an email. No response at all! I'm trying so hard because this place comes highly recommended to me so it feels like a safe option but it's a shame no one can even be bothered to tell me they can't take me right now.

Rang Monday morning - no one there.
Got a callback early afternoon. Was told that the person I needed to see would ring me within a couple of hours.
Now Wednesday morning and nothing so far.
Really unprofessional and leaves me with no confidence in them.

I've contacted them 3 times with no response. I phoned them and left a voicemail along with using the contact us form on the website twice and heard nothing. Absolutely shocking service, don't bother trying.
